Creditworx (S&V)
Harrassment for account that does not belong to me

For more than 6 months I have had numerous (at least 10!) calls from Creditworx, as well as the same amount of sms's from them for a Free State DOH account. It is not my account, I live in Gauteng and am a member of Discovery Medical Aid. Why on earth will I go to a provincial hospital in the Free State??? It is not my ID either!!! I have explained this over and over and over again, and low and behold, within 2 weeks, I get the call or SMS again. (sms ref VNET31436). One lady had the nerve to ask me if I am VERY sure that it is not me! Where did you get my contact details? I will not stand for this harrassment any longer. Please sort this out or I will have to take it further. And I will.
