Auto And General
Insurance want pay out

I send you a report regarding Auto and General on the 11 of November, I got a reply the next day from the insurance that they would look into it and come back to me so far nothing. I send them another email 2 weeks ago and nobody has contacted me so far. Can you help me?? I also send emails to you asking what is happening but I do not get an answer from any body
