Deducting the premium early???

Dear FNB

Thank you for screwing up my budget for the month!!! you deducted your premium on the 13th this month, thus causing that i have untill the end of the month. PLease do let me know where this states in the contract???
getting an SMS " for YOUR convenience we will debit your accoount" blah blah blha, when in fact its for your convenience and not for the constumer, I have been with you guys for 5 years, never skipped a payment i needed to make, and now this??? nah thank you but no thank you, will def be changing banks soon!!!
