Capitec is very unprofessional

Capitec decided to debit my account on the 15th knowing that i only get paid on the last day of every month. This cannot be allowed to happen when our credit rating depends on how we conduct our accounts. My credit score is already at an all time low because of the same Capitec which made my life a living during the one year i spent unemployed after being retrenched. When advertising their loans they will tell you how the insurance that you take with your loan will cover you if your get retrenched but this option is not even discussed during a time of need. They put me under severe stress and demanded that i make the payment when they knew that i did not have any means to make regular payments. I have forwarded my complaint to NCR, Banking ombudsman, credit ombudsman. The government should strip these financial institutions the power to render South African masses economically dormant just because they can. Who really regulates this industry?
