The 'more in nog 'n dag' attitude of this group beggars belief - despite pompously quoting a '10 working day service (sic) agreement' ( agreement with whom?) little or no urgency is displayed when these parameters are exceeded.

I submitted an internal fund transfer request on 22/11 and, at time of writing, am still awaiting finalisation despite the fact that the funds were actually transferred between 28/11 and 4/12. Remarkably, and despite that fact that this is an internal transfer within the same company, it is impossible to finalise this matter. As well as find ANYONE to take responsibility for its completion.

Instead I engage in endless dialogues with various call centres to no avail.

Needless to say - nobody is EVER at fault in this lumbering, incompetent giant.
