Standard bank phoned me after the first report but didn't do anything about the mix up i.d and cards!!! This is from August and I want it to be finish so that I can close the cards and start at another bank that has more sympathy than I had received.
I went to the bank on thursday 12 Dec.and still there was again the other man's i.d on my i.d!! They think that approximately R5000- has been taken out of my account but nothing has been put back in my account. This is really working on my nerves because if I want to make a studentloan (my youngest is in matric in 2014) all this nonsense will be on my name!! The way that I was spoken to by 2 of the consultants on the phone in the evenings to say that my account is in arrears was bad!! I felt like the person that did wrong!! When I asked on thursday how did this happen?? nobody could answer me!! If I could I would close all my accounts now!! This was a bad experience and could have been handled better!! I'm sorry to complain like this but would'nt you if something like this happened to you???
