Did a claim on vehicle 10 november 2013, we do have policy with them and now we must paid excesses we ask for no excess and ask the manager to call us back nothing happens no feedback
only from sibusiso telling us to pay an exsesse as we ask him to send us the recordings of my husband. with them nothing we would not change our policy without this excess. as we do have previous cover with no excesses please from the 20 th november we dont hear anything about our claim
