Harrassement by ADRS

I have made arrangements with African Bank and my account was rehabilitated, my debit orders has been going through without any problems, I have also on numerous occassion requested for the loans to be combined into one instalment as I cannot afford to pay off separately. since yesterday I have been receiving calls from a Company called ADRS- (of whom I have already logged a complaint with the National Credit Regulator - [Email Removed] against African and ADRS regarding continuous harassement) ADRS has in the past few months delivered open letters to our mail area whereby my whole financial status was exposed. I reported the case to the National Credit Regulator and same is being investigated. I was told by African Bank that everything has been sorted out, yet I am currently still being harrassed by a lady Called Celeste from ADRS claiming that my account was not paid since September. I also spoke to Mr Marais from ADRS - who was very unprofessional and personal. What more do I need to do?
