No response to complaints

The purchase is for a Forex trading training kit and CD. Debit order agreed on 36 months, agreement signed 13 January 2010. Debit order continued to be taken and no response to requests. for reversal or refund. Non of the telephone numbers or email response to our requests. The total amount taken incorrectly R3750.00.
The consultant Willem Pretorius is not helpful and basically said its not his problem.
