I have been trying to find out since Monday whether a product on the Multiply store includes a heart rate monitor or not. Every time I phone I merely get the feedback that someone will call me back, which never happens and only lead to me having to phone again to speak to another person and explain the whole story from the start. I find this absolutely unacceptable to tell clients that you will come back to them before the end of the day without doing to or just informing the client that they cannot provide you with an answer by the end of the day and that they will follow up the next day.

I further find it unacceptable that the retail price of the product in question is overstated. Based on discussions with some of the consultants of Multiply it appears as if the heart rate monitor is not included. It does not make sense to list a retail price which is R400 more than the same item at Cape Union Mart and which includes the heart rate monitor. It is basically listing a retail price for a product where you pay more for less.
