Home loan applications mess ups

LAst year Nov 2012 ABSA successfully gave an provisional loan for a new development where I am trying to buy a flat from.

Then when the actual papers had to be sent to the Deeds offices the Plot nr (Erf nr) was wrong on the application. This error was excused and I the customer had to re-apply for the loan, this feedback came back and everything seemed to be set and ready to go until last week when the Attorneys again notified me that the same error has again been made on the banks papers.

The express agent then told us that she should have the corrections made by (thursday 5 Dec 2013) afternoon. This was not the case due to some system error... This is holding up the registration of the property and will if not regiter in December that seems to be very likely cost me over R5k since I will have to pay occupational rent and get nothing for it.

The frustration is that all of this could have been avoided if somebody just paid enough attention detail as to why the application had to be re-submitted. This problem was still not corrected by today 9Dec and i feel that this is totally unacceptable service delivery since I have been a client for over 20 years.
