Standard Bank, Thanks for screwing me ove

I realised the Bank was deducting R 50 from my account bi-weekly. Making it a total of R 100 a month, thus making it R 1 200 annually. This had been going on since I was 18, I'm now 22. R 4 800. When I enquired, I got told it was my own doing because the account was for minors. So technically I was being penalised for banking with them. I told them that; that was ridiculous, more-over I had received no notice there of. They told me they had posted me a letter, ONE letter and that was it. My address has never changed. But because my father can transfer money from his acc to mine instantly I stay. Last month my acc (a savings account, with no over-draft facilities) bombed R 900 in the red. Again I enquired. They said it was a technical error and were sorry. To make amends they offered me an overdraft facility. I could't believe it, they put me into debt and now to fix it they are offering me a chance to make more debt! Still I stay, 3rd times a charm. New acc, dad makes EFT, 5 hr delay, no biggie networks are jammed its x-mas. Today my car broke down, Dad EFT's, nothing shows, We enquire, the verdict: its takes 24hrs! So now I'm stuck on the road by myself waiting for a miracle!
