Cancelled Account still debited - pls reimburse

Sorry to do this again, really. But here is what happened. Cancelled my account and it was confirmed debit order would not go off and it did! Phoned call centre who assured me it would be resolved yesterday and was not - please I need my premium refunded immediately.
