No Refund done thus far! Bad Service

Last week Direct Axis called me and advised that a refund will be done withing 5 working days
Thus far No funds was refunded... Empty promises just like before

Facebook. Twitter and all my contacts shall hear about this Pathenic Service!!!
The company make promises that they cant keep...
