Worst service in a bank industry

Capitecbank in Soshanguve plaza has the most terrible system ever, I have used these bank for years now bt never have I had to be treated like this especially more than once. The que system u never meet the manager whenever u want to lodge a complaint an worst part there is no control over what staff has to say to the customers. I am very dissatisfied that I had to que and be number 1 only to let the people who found me there to be attended to first. More fore simplicity in banking, the branch should get an award for complication in banking.
