Forced to pay service i wasnt supposed to pay

Credit Intel is sending me smses that i owe Maponya 911 money. I have not heard anything from Maponya 911 regarding this. I had an minor (meaning no scratches or bruises) in August 2012 and Maponya 911 ensured me that the state will be charged since i told them i do not have a medical aid scheme and unemployed. Then i received an sms on 18/11/2013 from Intel saying i should pay R2980.82 immediately in an FNB account. I called the number to get clarity but was sent from pillar to post. On 22/11/2013 i got amother sms saying i should Pay R1523.67 in the same account. I will not pay for this, as i feel and know it was fair and i was mislead in the first place. I feel that i am being taken advantage off. How come am i being handed over without my knowledge? In all this time, no one called me to notify me. I do not want to be blacklisted because of this..
