About A month ago I went to a local branch to withdraw cash from inside the bank. So as I walk in I find a lady by the name of Nini and I explained to her what I was there to do and she directed me to where I should. 10 minutes later I discover that she directed me to the wrong line and as I was making my way to the right line a friend and I where telling this other consulted that Nini said put us in the wrong, she overheard the conversation and started screaming and shouting at me saying. As we where arguing she followed us to two different sides of the bank and to my surprise non of her colleagues intervened or said anything. She insulted, humiliated, degraded and tried to assault but at that point one of her colleagues eventually pulled her away from me. I took the matter up with management and they said they would look into the matter and get back to me, and over 6 weeks later no one has called with a report. I went back to the bank to find out how far the issue had gone and the seems to be no record of the incident and that lady was still carrying on like nothing had happened. A consultant insults and humiliates me at a bank and no action is taken to resolve the issue
