Failure to answer queries/Open a new account

I am graduating with a medical degree this month and want to open my first FNB account early enough so that I may provide my FNB banking details to the Dept of Health from the start in order to avoid the admin of having to change it later.

I have repeatedly contacted the "medical professionals" dept of FNB premier banking over the past (approx.) 3 months with queries and requests to open a new account. I have telephoned them directly and sent "call me back" requests via their website.

Every time a consultant speaks to me, I am told that I need to be referred to the sales dept or a "specialist", and that I shall be contacted shortly - but I never get the call back! I find this quite frustrating. When a company fails to provide simple feedback to prospective customers, I can only speculate what my "after-sales" service will be like.

I would like to give FNB an opportunity to clarify this situation for me.
