Falsifying of details & still won't payout in full

I spoke to their manager today. He told me had approved my insurance on the 28th of January. Ronelle could not pick up a phone or process my claim until I had to phone and chase her down. I told them don't have receipts for my purchases but have the boxes that have price on, as per usual with insurance companies they u over and only paid out half, and what me off was that they weren't going to pay out because the insurance people falsified my my details just to get the sale, had to wait a week for them to get the recording. All I can say is they will and cheat to get there sale, but never help accountable for breaking the law. VIRGIN MONEY INSURANCE ARE AND BEWARE
