Slow issueing of funds after claim settled

I was contacted by Augestine from Liberty Life regarding my banking details for he had a cheque to deposit for some money still owed to me after the passing of my late husband.

It has been almost two weeks and everytime I speak to him, he promise he is doing it on that day. I have been calling him every second or third day.
