Cancelled cards before new ones picked up!!!

I was advised by Standard Bank to upgrade my account to a Premium Account in order to receive better and quicker service. So I changed agreed to pay the additional money per month in the hopes that I will receive better service. What absolute bull the services is even worse. With my new cards being issued and before I am even able to pick them up they cancel my old ones so I have absolutely no access to my accounts. Then I get told well we cant do anything you need to come collect your cards? That's all well and good apart from the fact I have to put in petrol with no access at all to fund to come and collect them. This is not the 1st issue. Never try and get vehicle finance through them they will stuff you around for a month before anything is finalized. Its official I want to move to FNB because this is completely and utterly pathetic.
