A week ago I applied for an FNB smart phone. I have made numerous calls for feedback and have received a different response with each call. I am so tired of FNB staff not knowing what they are doing. In addition to this i have a current Tablet through FNB and I tried to claim from my insurance. I was then told there was a backlog in the paperwork and that I needed to wait. 7 months later FNB deducted a bulk amount for the 7 months due for the backlog. THEN i was told that i had waited too long to claim and i could no longer claim. and all this because they are slow and don;t know what they are doing. I have requested copies of all my calls made. It will be a miracle if i ever get them but one thing is for sure, FNB will never see another cent from me!
