Wow! As much as I was so angry with Nedbank, but this lady Prudence Johnson has really retained business with Nedbank. She went out of her way to help us after was committed on our bank account, until I got my money back. Every time we came to the bank, she never changed her face, but was always willing to help. Whenever we leave, we will leave with a hope that we will get our money, which we eventually did. Outstanding customer service. Big up to her!!!
