Bad service

My car was involved in an accident in July and after its been written off the car is been sold and I'm waiting now for more than two months for the money that must be paid out to me every time I phoned I either don't get the person handling the claim or they make promises that it would be a week when every thing will be sorted out this is going on now for more than a month. I have send mails and they don't even respond I never get any feed back from them as to inform me of how far the proses is. I think its bad service delivery and not a good image they send to the public.
