UTTERLY DISGUSTED... NO SERVICE AT ALL!!!

I have been calling Assupol since the beginning of this week until today and I have not received any assistance at all. There were times that I was calling atleast twice a day and there was no one to pick up the phone and help me. I have been transferred from pillar to post and have had no help at all. I left my details with Ernie so that someone can call me back and no one has called me back. Now I have to pay a phone bill for calls where I havent spoken to anyone. There were times where I held on for about twenty minutes listening to their lame machine telling me to hold on.

I am due for cash back and I want my money!!! Your NO SERVICE at all is really frustrating. If you know that you have high volumes of calls in January why not hire more staff? This is really disgusting. I could MAYBE understand if i didnt get help in one day... but the whole week??? No man!!! You portray yourselves to be a good company, but you are not. This is reallly irritating.
