Incompetent Repair Consultant

I unfortunately pen this complaint with outmost disgust and lack of respect for people who seem to be passangers/loafing on duty. Specifically, I am referring to the service (rather lack of) I am getting from the repair consultant (Linda on 011-489 4905) assigned to me. I have had to call her on numerous occassions due to no update received from her. The last episode was when I called on 21/11/2013 (I HAVE THE COVERSATION TAPE) advising her that I will be handing back to Budget (on 22/11/2013) the courtesy vehicle I had received on 31/10/2013 and that she must please re-arrange the same for 01/12/2013 when I land at East London airport., as I still have a balnce of the max 30-days.

I have just landed, and to my dismay, no vehicle has been arranged for me. I am stuck at the airport here. I also called the 0860 082 911 number, but was advised that Linda's department only operates Mon - Sat. Thus, I could not be assisted in this regard. While I' have my vehicle away, this Linda person has further inconvenienced me for failing to do what she had a full week to arrange. I will have to incur further costs due.

One wonders what excuse she has for this bull-dung!
