On the 19th of November, I dealt with Flory Ranthimo. We had to increase our insurance cover, since we bought a bigger property and I immediately prepared myself for the worst and expected our premium to increase astronomically. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I was informed that it would increase by a rather nominal amount. I am so happy that I switched to MiWay and will recommend you to anyone. MiWay just continues to impress and exceed my expectations when it comes to excellent service. Flory was extremely professional and efficient. She promptly returned my call after experiencing system problems and during the course of the week, contacted me a few times since our information had to be forwarded to the attorneys. Flory went out of her away to communicate with these parties and made sure that our insurance cover adhered to the criteria imposed by the concerned financial institution.
It was an absolute pleasure dealing with her and after some time, it felt as if I was communicating with a very good friend who had my interest at heart. I am most impressed with MiWay for investing in such wonderful, conscientious, eloquent, professional and efficient employees. Thank you
