Nedbank vs SOS Road Assist

In October 2009 I signed up for a funeral policy with Nedbank that was going to pay out R15000 to my family should I pass on. I paid every month and when I went to check a couple of months ago if everything is in order with Simon Shabangu, the person who helped me open the policy at the Witbank branch He said I have no policy and the money I have been paying has been going to SOS Road Assist. I do not even have a car and how I don't even understand how they were ever going to find out if I was in accident and it makes no sense for me to be contributing to road assist when there is RAF for a person who gets a grant from a government. I stopped paying and then last month a person from Road assist called me and said my policy with them is about to lapse and all my money will be gone for nothing, I explained the situation to him and he said I should call 0861742273 but I am getting no help. This whole thing doesn't make sense to me and I don't even know who is to blame and why Shabangu 071 285 0430 from Nedbank who gave me the bank account number to deposit the money to doesn't assist me. Now I don't have a funeral policy and should I die I'll be left to be buried like a dog.
