Getting an amount from my acsess bond (my bond is in credit), was told at enquiries, after standing in a long queue with only 3 tellers on duty, that they dont do it (I've done it there quite a few times before), eventually after over an hour the paper work gets sorted, I go to teller for cheque, another long queue, with once again only 3 tellers on duty (the teller told me that people were off sick, and on maternity leave - this was on the 25 Nov at about 10am) only to be told that it cant be done, ...back to enquiries... wait another 1/2 hour - I left as I did not feel well. they phoned and I needed to fill in more docs, so I went back on the 28th - needed another account no which I had to phone in - well today 29/11 I have phoned 3 times, they answer promptly, but then for Fiona, it rings and rings and rings - no-one answers, the phone just get cut off. When I'm done with this transaction I will never ever go back there again. No one is in a hurry there, all just taking their time... no rush!!
