This Is Still Not Right!!!

So I wrote a while back about an accident I had on 2 May 2013 when someone drove into me. Almost 7 months later, my car is still not fixed!

So customers of iWyze, just so you know... What does it take to get your insurance company to do what you pay them for? Endless calls and e-mails (all from you because they don't bother to follow up unless you chase them!), as well as dealing with useless call centre agents and lying assessors who don't bother to assess your car before it is released from the panel beater. As for how long it will take, well, nearly 7 months later, I'm starting to wonder myself!

My advice is... be wise, ditch iWyze before you actually have a claim and have to go through the nightmare that I'm going through.
