Website OFF!!! AGAIN!!! At Month End

What are you trying to do ABSA? Your freaking website is OFF AGAIN AT THE END OF THE MONTH!!!

Last night i couldn't do my payments & transfers, this morning i've been trying since 04h15 to get my work done - Absa is either not responding, hanging or logging off automatically!

Stop promising me that it will be fixed! Just do it, get competent people to sort out this absolute disaster of a new website - because after all - you are getting your bank charges and service fees - even if the service is not delivered.

I would rather close my business than run it like ABSA do - what a shame! Pathetic!
