No response from Justice first

I am deeply disappointed by the service I receive from FNB insurance, I have been trying to contact FNB for the past 3 weeks regarding a legal matter I'm faced with but the phones there are always engaged or at times it rings then cuts off, I still haven't been able to speak to anyone from the legal division and as a result and an act of deperation I ended up getting a private lawyer to assist me with bail application and had to pay from my phone pocket, which is highly unfair because I am paying every month for this service... why use the service whereas I'm gonna end up paying someone else?? I have also checked the complains here on Hellopeter and it appears I'm not the only one whos having trouble getting through to the Justice first Division. This is truly uncalled for!!
