What am i really paying for?

I hv a legal matter & needed advise, since i am a member i boldly phoned Scorpion today & gt thru to Matsie who took my id no. & i relayed my story a little bit, then she asked me to hold on, little did i know i was being xferred 2 someone else, the lady said helo & how can i help you, i realised i was now speaking to a different person by the name of Rhifuno, she then said she has taken over from Matsie & i must relay my story from scratch, i indicated to her that i am using my money to call and why should i reexplain my problem to her, i dont mind being xferred but must it not be done the right way? Rhifuno spoke back as i indicated my frastration until i got very very upset and hung up. after some few minutes she called me back to assist, why should i be treated like dirt first? why am i getting such pathetic service but my money is duducted on monthly basis? should i be stressed while i have a legal advise 24/7? this attitude needs to be fixed ASAP
