No resolution regarding claim

On the 14th of September i placed a claim for my car sound that was. I also needed to have repairs done to my car. No body contacted me to advise on the progress or anything eventually a month later i received my car back and it still wasn't back to normal. It has now been over two months many lengthy phone calls and still no body has gotten back to me on when i am gonna get paid out. I have also sent countless emails that no one responds to and every time i get through on the phone they say it will be finalized in the next couple of days my last response was about a week and a half ago and it was supposed to be sorted out in a day or two. yet still nothing.
