Third party claimant being treated like dirt!

October 2012, a client of Auto&general reversed into my stationery vehicle, whereby I followed the claiming process with her insurance, as the third party, for damages to my vehicle. The 29th of October 2012, I had my vehicle assessed at their assessment center, Canal Walk, whereby we agreed to have amount paid to me, for me to have my car repaired at a place of my preference. Since then, the results have been unsatisfactory and has been prolonged. There has been so many fluctuations with the amount to be paid to me, and the consultant working with my file Ms Enid Mapson (Johannesburg), has on so many occasions violated me, blaming me for the incident, or enforcing me to submit my documentations to her over and over, and her raising her voice at me has become a norm for the manner in which to address me. Today, I went to the Canal walk branch, for clarity on the claim, of which the manger, Ms Sandra started shouting at me, violating me, as though I was at fault, interrogating me regarding my personal life and discriminating against my age and against my vehicle. She didn't listen, for one, nor solve neither assist with any of my queries.
