Make promises they can't keep

I spoke to Carmen on the 23rd of August asking her to remove me from the Corospondent mailing list. She said I might still receive it the month after, but then it will stop being sent to me. I am still receiving it!!! If you can't do your job properly, then rather give it to someone that will be competent in their job. I DO NOT WANT THE COROSPONDENT, I DON'T READ IT, YOU ARE WASTING MONEY!!! Remove me immediately from the mailing list, or is this just another instance where I am wastin my time??? Or should I take my money to a company that can at least do the simple things??
