I am a salon owner and a couple of months ago I was convinced by the business bank of Nedbank Parow, that I would receive better service and products from Nedbank as what I was getting from my bank at that time. What a BIG that was. firstly it took them more then a month to open a business acc, which reflects bad on my business cause I had acc to dep my takings into. and i had to keep on phoning after them to find out how far they were cause they didn't even had the decency to phone me. i had to ask the people of Nedbank, Avonwood which doesn't even have a business bank, to help get me an acc number just so that i don't have to sit with the cash in my store. Secondly I bought a speedpoint machine which was delivered to my shop and that is were it was left. i have logged several calls with the Parow branch to come and install the thing and explain how it works but to no success. i had to unplug the thing and put it away in a box till they one day decide to come out to me. I am HIGHLY disappointed and disgusted in this type of service from a business banking department. They have the audacity to ask if I don't have any referals for them. After service like that???
