" I can confirm that we have identified the correct contact number for our client and have sent a request to the IT department to remove your contact number from their profile. This should be done within the next 48 to 72 hours."

Today I receive yet another call "Mr. Van Wyk, I'm calling you about the Credit Card which is unpaid.."
That just confirmes that they are one of WORST service providers. I wonder how do their customers survive?

By now I'm just expecting another call saying: "We apologize and will look in the matter.." as that's only thing they can come up with and they call it a solution.

After 6 MONTHS of reporting this issue we are still going around in circles - I post a complaint, the apologize and make empty promises.

Talk about being caught up in a "Vicious cycle". At this rate I might as well change my name to VAN WYK and pay the credit card outstanding amount just to have a peace of mind.
On second thought, I won't cause chances are they will still call me thereafter and ask for Mr. Botha or Mrs. De Klerk to pay up their outstanding bond.
Below-Standard Bank should be their new name.
