Failure to deliver on Promises

After being with Miway for the last six years and the pathetic service that i have received in the last few days make me really wonder in the event i had to claim what would have happened. Trying to cancel this insurance from the 11th, promised to be call back and all that is Promises Promises but nothing else. When i was promised a callback today after i was promised to be called by a so called senior failed, I really can see that Miway is really is a bumch of. As liased before please cancel my insurance and let me have my premuims back into my account
