SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE!!!

I filled in an online application form to see if I QUALIFY for a loan, woke up this morning and found they deducted R350 from my account.(O did I mention that I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED OR USED ANY OF THEIR SO CALLED SERVICES) Havent even been contacted by their "friendly staff". I DID NOT sign a physical contract with them nor did I give them a copy of my ID, PAYSLIP OR BANK SLIP. So what I dont understand is WHO gave them the authority to deduct that money from my account. If it is simply that easy then where is the control over our personal accounts??? Anyone who knows my id number and bank number can then just simply fill that in. I have sent them many emails to witch they eventually replied with "kindly contact our customer service department.." Tried to do that with NO ANSWER!! Simply wasted R150 airtime listening to their music. Word of advice, DO NOT USE LOAN FINDER SA!!!
