Robbed

I opened a account for my brother, so he lost was robbed on suturday. He went to Louis trichard branch to report the matter but he was told it will not happen since I opened that account, but he was carrying his birth certificate and I'm not in South Africa and he need to use this account. What I'm asking is for standard bank to give him new card and to stop the other card. Please use my email address for communication. Thank you
