Call sure claim 8 months and no joy

Brand new i-phone was purchased Claim was put in march 2013, when they sold policy we were told that any physical. Damage and they would replace the phone it's November already nothing has been done call sures management level is a disgrace they nevwr get back to you, they refuse to replace phone as promised, Wesley who's a manager there was vert unprofessional and unhelpful and dishonest, they misleading customers when policy is taken out .in 8 months they fail to sort problem out or get back to us we have a letter from I-store saying phone can not be repaired and warranty will be void if repaired and that's what they insisting on doing, after 8 months no phone all they can do is blame it on hollard and still refuse to do as promised when policy was sold to us advise anyone who want to insure with call sure or hollard not to we've had a very bad experience and call centre as rude and unhelpful as manager, namely gentlemen by the name of Jonathan and team leader shownal
