Working in bad faith

Initially Discovery disputed that we declared our car extras. Sale recordings were pulled which confirmed that we did. Suleiman then agreed that we had insured the extras for 40 plus thousand. Now discovery is refusing to settle on contract amount but wants pay on depreciated value whilst for the past two years we were paying premiums on contract amount. And Suleiman will not talk to us to explain why he's not delivering in his word. Whilst he had agreed to settle on this amount after he had listened to the recordings. Discovery insurance is looking for every reason not settle and working in bad faith even after it was shown that all declarations were made.
