Is this POSSIBLE???

I received an SMS that my policy has been reviewed and my premium adjusted. I phoned this morning, as I have not received an email or any other communication. I spoke to Lerato who informed me that my premium has been increased from R535 to over R800.

This is contributed to inflation, labor unrest and some other cost to run the company. Not withstanding that my car has decreased in value. She then wanted to pun that it is FULL COMPREHENSIVE insurance - as if I am an who does not know why or what I am insuring.

This increase is unheard of and totally unacceptable. How can I be paying - without claiming thus and then be penalized by such a adjustment...

This STINKS!
