PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have literally had enough of Creditworx. I have been waiting over 6 months for a paid up letter from them so that I can remove my name from the Credit Bureau... How long does it take to type out one letter for a customer. I have been put onto ITC for no reason and now have an adverse listing against my name for these peoples incompetence. I will taking legal action against the company if I do not receive a response from someone very soon. However I do not see this happening as I do not even receive correspondence or even a call back. I have to be making calls to them, they do not return my calls and this is now YET again costing me more money. Wake up Creditworx... There is not one good thing being said about you guys and yet you still choose to not give the customers what they want. Is this what customer service has turned into... Absolutely disgusted...
