Needing cash from own money, as extreme emergancy

Have mailed several of times Old Mutual inconnection my flexi 5yr bond, i was declared disabled and a major injury accured, which i dont have funds for and im in desperate need of an operation, i have all the proof and papers for the injury/disability. i have attached all these documents to the Ombudsman, Arbitration and Terry Samuels and 2 of them does not even bother replying, and Mrs. Samuels keeps apologysing which is getting us no where.
This is my own money saved at the bank, not a down payment. I find this service unacceptable.
i am a goverment pensioner, who needs to beg for my own money..
