WAS MISINFORMED BY THE CALL CENTRE AGENT RA POLICY

Was misinformed by the call centre agent which in tern lead to me forfeiting my right to surrender my retirement annuity policy. Because my fund amount then exceeded the threshold for the surrender value. I was then past from manager to supervisor to CRM consultant to complaints assessor. The story keeps on changing as the buck gets passed around which has left me frustrated and angry. Old Mutual has thus far offered no help whatsover or assistance in rectifying the situation. What angers me even more is that the CRM consultant Ms. Marcel Hans then has the audacity to advise me to wait till South Africa goes through another recession so that my hard earned money i faithfully paid them every month can now decrease and fall below the R7 000.00 threshold which i will then be able to surrender. I took offence to this advice as why must my country go through something as awful as another recession for me to surrender my hard earned money. Subsequently none of the calls i made to Old Mutual can be found and my surrender letter cannot be traced. Needless to say am at my wits end... and just want all money back and cancel all my existing policies with them.
