I received a call from Liberty Life today and was told they would like to discuss my retirement policy, great, but before we start I must give them my ID number and confirm my address... Why, I did not phone you - phoned me, how the do I know who you are??? After telling the guy that, I hung up and tried to phone him on the number that was on my screen.

Lo and behold, the call failed and has done so all afternoon. To much ID going on at the moment. Don't give out your details to unknown people.
