Just cancelled the contract

I ran into a financial slump and tried to contact standard bank to make arrangements. I then got a call from a man advising he was sent to fetch my car because std bank cancelled my contract. Still I tried to call the cindy to this day no avail. I was given her managers number margeret who told me they sent a legal document and someone over the age of 16 signed for it??? When asked to send the doc she says I signed for it yet the signature is not mine. Now I want to knw if the guy that came to want to collect the car could get hold of me why couldn't the collections do that? Nw they want me to pay the full oustanding on my acc??? My car is only in arrears 2 months??? Hw can they cancel my contract without notification. I do not see that in my contract std bank is trying to all my money I paid on the car and just take my car!!! This is insane. When I told the lady I will pay 12k 27 nov she refused and told me she wants 135k??? Where do I get that money? Who reposses a car after 2 months and cancells a contract. Std bank is trying to get rich with me
