I generally received good and personalised service from the Telesure branch at Boulevard Building. I have a complain though with the assesment done by the assessor. First, he never communicated any of the damage that he was going to quote for, was it because I am woman and know nothing about cars.

I insisted to see what was going to be fixed on my car when I dropped it off at the panelbeaters, only to find out that most of the visible damages were not even on the quote, e.g. the number plate and holder. what drives me mad is the fact that he had quoted a pirate bumper for my vehicle. I wish these people would discuss these things with us the customers, I will not allow a pirate part on my car, I dont care how old it can be. I have tried to lay this complain to dial direct but I have been sent from pillar to post.
